If you were into photography or were looking to get better results out of your photos, you might remember Helicon Filter. This photo editing software program, also known as Helicon, Filter, HF, and HF Photo, was a proprietary photo editing program developed by Helicon Soft Ltd. and distributed by the same company that developed Adobe Photoshop and GIMP. In the past, the program was not very popular. As of 2010, the software is no longer available.
This software is free to download and install, and comes with pre-existing presets for common uses. However, it allows you to create your own custom presets and delete the default ones. You can even save your photos in a variety of file formats, including PNG and PSD. The program also supports TIFF LZW and TIFF files. And you can also tag your photos to make them more appealing to your friends and family.
Helicon Filter has two ways to save your pictures: with default parameters or user-defined options. You can save your images using the Save As... or Save button. The Save As... option allows you to save your images without any additional settings. When you're ready, click Save. The original image is left untouched. Select the file type and target folder to save your photos. If you'd like to change the file name or file type, click on the "Save" button. Then, wait for the filter to process your images.
